Mentoring Program
The Investor
Mentoring Program is designed to help people like you
achieve their dreams of Financial Freedom with Short
Sales. This mission is accomplished through a Three
Month program that assists you to get started investing
in Short Sales. Whether you are new to real estate or
short sales, experience has shown us that the help of
an experienced advisor has greatly improved the chances
for success in performing short sales.
You will learn
Gina’s proven Short Sale Systems and how to have
them work for you. Assistance is provided through the
1 Day Short Sales Made Easy Training Event that you
can attend to learn all about the Short Sale process
and Gina’s motto Patience + Persistence
= Profits.
With that you will also receive a Course Manual, Training
DVD, and Short Sale Systems CD Pack.
You will also have Unlimited ability to fax in your
potential deals to your mentor via the Short Sale Candidate
Form. There is a 24 turn around time in which your mentor
will advise you if it is a good deal or a bad one. One-
on-one discussions between you and your mentor can also
take place through emails.
Weekly there is
the opportunity to have “Dinner/Lunch with a Mentor”
and to meet in small group settings with other Mentoring
Students, so that everyone can benefit from the experiences
of other students. At these events weekly, you will
have an opportunity to learn new strategies, to ask
questions and to have your questions answered in a group
learning environment. These events will also give you
an opportunity to build mutually beneficial relationships
with other students and investors.
* The cost for dinner/lunch is additional.
Monthly there
is an opportunity to accompany your Mentor to Real Estate
Investment Groups. There are 11 Investment Clubs in
the Chicagoland area that meet each month.
* The cost to attend Investment Clubs
is additional.
The cost for the
Short Sale Mentorship Program is $3,995.00 (which is
tax deductible)

Certificate of Completion as a Short Sale Specialist
* If you have attended
one of Gina’s Short Sales Made Easy Training Courses
in the past please just provide a copy of your receipt
and that amount will be deducted from your mentorship
cost.
* If you previously purchased Gina’s Basic Forms
Disc please just provide a copy of your receipt and
that amount will be deducted from your mentorship cost.
