- BIOGRAPHY
Gina is President and Owner
of Stone Castle Realty. Stone Castle Realty is a unique
real estate office specializing in assisting homeowners
that are in foreclosure and/or bankruptcy and do not
have the luxury of time or money to sell their home
within the traditional method. Because of Gina’s
expertise in the field of foreclosures, homeowners turn
to Gina to help them alleviate their financial distress.
Local investors also turn to Gina for help when they
encounter a homeowner in a similar situation. Gina has
been helping homeowners throughout Chicago land since
1999.
Gina has been in the real
estate field for 12 years. Her extensive knowledge of
the market covers many facets of real estate. She spent
6 years with the top leaders in Corporate Relocation
(Cendant and Prudential) and 3 years in Household Goods
Sales with Allied Van Lines. Through a natural and logical
progression Gina pursued earning her real estate license
and joined the team at Re/Max. The following year she
opened her own brokerage - Stone Castle Realty.
Over the course of her
real estate investing the past 5 years, she discovered
her passion for “Short Sales”. After stumbling
upon her first short sale, she was forced to gather
all of her education through experience. Gina has taken
that experience and created a system that at one time
allowed her to handle 52 short sales simultaneously
by herself.

Gina now has a team of
professionals that perform daily work on short sales.
They negotiate Gina’s own investment files as
well as files for investor clients. Gina wants to share
with you her Short Sale System. She has created a simple
and systematic approach to guide you through the world
