The Short Sale System is categorized in Stages:
During Each stage
of the short sale process we will have a 30 minute conference
call. During that conference call we will answer any
questions that you have about the file during that particular
stage. To get the most out of each phone call it is
wise to email the questions to our office in advance.
• Preliminary
Stage: Marketing for leads, taking the call and meeting
with the homeowner
• Stage
1: Gathering all the paperwork from the homeowner
• Stage 2: Putting together the Short Sale package
• Stage 3: Negotiations
• Stage 4: Bank acceptance and pre- closing procedures
• Stage 5: Closing
